And yet as exciting as this time is, it can be overwhelming without assistance—which is why we’ve created The Fitzpatrick Five—five ways in which we ensure your complete satisfaction from start to finish. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will guide you every step of the wayfrom the purchase to the constructionof your new home and well beyond.
Congratulations! You’re officially a Fitzpatrick homeowner! You’ve met with Jon Burgess and his sales team and have purchased your new home. You've selected your floorplan, wiring and lighting options, and have been to Creative Touch Interiors to select interior elements such as flooring and countertops for your new home.
A week after the purchase contract is finalized, you will be introduced to the construction phase of your home. We will make an appointment to review the options you've selected. This will ensure a smooth transition between buying your home and construction of your home.
From the early planning stages to your finished home, our dedication to quality is clear. Each Fitzpatrick Homes' neighborhood is designed with you in mind, creating a community where people can live, work and play.
Construction has now begun, and your home is framed, wired and plumbed, but drywall has not been installed. We will arrange a walk-through appointment. This is your opportunity to verify the "behind-the-scenes" placement of options you've selected such as lighting fixtures, wiring, and room designations. Once approved, we will move forward to the final construction phase.
Your home is now complete, and we want you to see the quality we've built in. We will schedule a final walk-through one week before the close of escrow. This will allow you to preview your home to learn its features, and to note any items that may require attention. Once you are fully satisfied, you may now move in and make this house your home!
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your new home, within a week of closing escrow, our Service Manager will make a housecall to introduce himself and to answer any questions you may have. In approximately two months after your move-in, he will again follow up with you to see how you are enjoying your new home. And if you ever need anything to make your experience more enjoyable, Robert and the entire Fitzpatrick Homes team will be happy to be of assistance.
But our support doesn’t just end there. By purchasing a Fitzpatrick home, you have become part of our extended Fitzpatrick family of homes, and we’ll be there for you and yours before, during, and long after we hand you the key.
